The system has a perforated hollow conduit (6) arranged in an interstice (13) between a building wall (1) and a heat-insulating layer (2) such that moist air volume (12) is exhausted from the interstice by an air flow and less humidity air is made to flow into the interstice through the conduit. The interstice is ventilated and kept at moderate temperature in a controlled manner. The air flow is generated by an air pump machine (15). The conduit is made of flexible plastic, and formed in flattened oval outer shape. The conduit is designed as a twin hollow conduit.
