The artificial arm structure (1) has a pair of arms (1-1,1-2) that are projected in upward direction for attention and arousal expression of positive mood at festivals. The arms are fixed in a rail (3) and attached to shoulder of user with a fastening unit so as to provide a visible advertising space (5) for brand and product name. The arms are made of foam, plastic or rubber in different designs. The LEDs are fixed in the arms.
