The frame carrier has a sandwich composite plate (2) and a frame, where the frame is formed from profile sections which are fixed to each other in the corner through a connector. The composite plate has a layer structure made of three layers. The frame profile sections have L-shape, where a bracket serves for receiving the composite plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a carrier system.
