The device has longerons (6, 7) removably fixed on a frame (1), and a poster support e.g. plate or envelope containing poster, removably fixed on the frame. The frame is formed of profiles i.e. horizontal upper and lower profiles (2, 4) and vertical and left side profiles (3, 5), and placed in a quadrilateral form. Each of the longerons has length greater than one dimension of the quadrilateral form. The longeron includes a fixing unit to cooperate with a temporary holding unit of the poster support provided on the profiles of the frame.
