The filling body is a spherical-shaped hollow body, comprises different wall thickness and/or dimensions, and/or is arranged or disordered, where a regulatory filling body comprises a layer- or a gradient structure with respect to its dimensions and/or consists of a glass, a ceramic- and/or a plastic material. Carbon fibers comprise an insulating coating.
