A non return valve (34) is arranged between a bore outlet of a blind borehole (20) and a pressure channel (13). A passage hole (35) is arranged between the pressure channel and a pressure chamber (16) before a magnetic valve (12). The magnetic valve produces defined pressurization of a regulating valve (7).
