The pump has a crank plate ring (29) provided with a piston bore (30) for a working piston (24) and rotatably arranged at an outer cover of an eccentric bush (27). A non return valve (34) is arranged between a bore outlet of a blind borehole (20) and a pressure channel (13). A passage hole (35) is arranged between the pressure channel and a pressure chamber (16) before a magnetic valve (12). The magnetic valve produces defined pressurization of a regulating valve (7). A vane wheel socket (42) is arranged in a vane wheel (5).
