The unit (14) has a base body comprising two valve seats with respective valves (16, 20), where each valve has a movable closing element i.e. piston, for locking or releasing pipelines (18, 22) for medium. The pipelines comprise an opening area (28) ending into one of the valve seats, where the closing elements are movable in a casing of the valves transverse to the opening area. The casing has an outer annular groove that is connected with an inner area of the casing over an opening when the closing elements release the opening. A sealing element seals the casing against the valve seats.
