The frame made of foldable flat material e.g. cardboard, has legs (1) which are connected with each other using an angle element. Each leg has a winding profile having fold lines (2) and cutting lines (3) which extend along bending direction of winding profile. The fold lines and cutting lines are separated from each other. An additional layer (4) is provided at top and bottom of winding profile. A shaft (6) is provided in each leg to receive one end of the angle element. A groove (7) is provided in each leg for receiving the edge of image.
