The method involves forming reinforcement unit (2) using metal bars i.e. round steel bars, where outer shape of the reinforcement unit corresponds to form of threshold. Rails (1) are connected to the unit and arranged at a distance from each other on a substrate (3) that is formed of compacted soil. A section of a sub-structure is provided with a lateral casing and grouted with concrete (10), where the casing extends in a longitudinal direction of the rails. Adjustable screws (8) extend up to an upper surface of the substrate, and are provided for alignment of the unit. An independent claim is also included for a concrete slab.
