The stop element (10) has a stop part (20), by which the components are spaced from each other in a relative position. The stop part has a chamber (24) having an opening (26) and incorporating a medium. The chamber is changeable in its volume during relative movement of the components and in which subsequent to the volume change a quantity of the incorporated medium through the opening is changeable.
