The method involves installing a main shaft at a level higher than that of a storage system vertical to a weight such that the weight is dragged upward when the shaft is driven by a motor i.e. electromotor, using a traction cable, where the weight is located at the slope of a mountain or a hill. A generator is attached to the shaft such that the generator is driven by the downward movement of the weight. A fixation facility e.g. brake and disk, is attached with the weight such that the facility produces heat energy using the friction produced during the downward movement of the weight.
