Method for generating, storing and recovering electrical energy in chain lifting storage power plant, involves lifting arbitrary mass carrier, and converting potential energy of carrier into electrical energy using power generators

The method involves lifting arbitrary mass carrier (9) i.e. cylindrical weight. Potential energy of the carrier is converted into electrical energy using power generators, and is reduced in rate of 9.81 watt-second per kilogram meter about specific loss of a device. Hard materials e.g. stone, concrete and iron, of the carrier are lifted and horizontally moved using an electric motor/generator (4). Current for driving the motor/generator is extracted from a power network (5), and the carrier is guided at a chain hoist (2) of a hoisting device for recovery of the electrical energy. An independent claim is also included for a device for generating, storing and recovering electrical energy.
