The device (10) has a primary LED (1) and a secondary LED (2) that emits red light and blue light respectively. A tertiary LED (3) emits light whose spectral components are provided between wavelength ranges of blue light and red light. The primary LED, secondary LED and tertiary LED are actuated and connected independently. A top face of LED is arranged on a photoconductive cylindrical wall along the cylindrical axis.
