The holder has resilient flexible spiral steel pipes (2,4) that are connected with each other through two telescoping aluminum tubes (3a,3b). The resilient flexible spiral steel pipe (4) is attached at an upper end of L-shaped holder arm portion (5a). A fastening unit (1a-1d) is provided to connect the holder base portion with a desk, bed, couch, lounge chair or floor lamp.
