The housing is connected with a plug carrier (5) by a locking unit i.e. engagement hook or a screw (6), where the carrier retains the connectors such that the connectors are connected with the respective terminals. The carrier comprises a support for fixing the cables. A coupling is arranged at the cables for retaining the connectors. A media module is integrated in the carrier that is designed as an injection-molded plastic part.
