The device has sliding rail in which outer bearing axis is fixed. The middle planetary gear (10) is rotated with respect to stationary track and markable movable track. The inner planetary gears are mounted on outer bearing axis. The inner planetary gears are connected with planetary gear (13). The drive element is provided with inner planetary gears connected to sliding rail. The outer planetary gears provided corresponding to stationary track and markable movable track are moved forward or contracted corresponding to outer and inner bearing axes respectively.
