The method involves inserting a decorative element (2) into an open tool cavity (3) of an injection molding tool (4) and executing measurement of adhesion of the exposed surface of the decorative element against the plastic material, where the injection molding tool is closed. Two plasticized plastics are injected for the formation of base body such that the former plastic wets the surface of the decorative element. The injection molding tool is opened for removal of plastic composite component.
