The rotor (10) has impact tools (16,17) which are arranged on the circumference of the rotor for applying and for driving the refractive index material. The impact tools have an impact surface and striking surface with mutually angled concave surface portions (23,24). The impact tools are provided in the circumferential direction of the rotor and are more insertable essentially in mounting plates in the radial direction of rotor.
