The unit has a cooling body (6) that is made of a warm-conductive material, and a layer structure (4) that is integrated with cylindrical adapters without basic cell cladding. The adapter is bored in the cooling body, and coolant channels are provided parallel to and between the cylindrical adapters. The cylindrical adapters are arranged with respect to each other in a series manner. The coolant channels are separated by bars, and the cylindrical adapters are provided with electrical insulating coating by plastic swirl intermethod.
