The display has an electrode (4) comprising multiple pixel electrodes, and attached on a glass substrate. A vcommon voltage counter electrode is designed as a whole-area transparent electrode layer and exhibits a counter function with respect to the pixel electrodes. A sensor device comprises a boundary electrode, which is arranged in a boundary area that is adjacent to the latter electrode. The sensor device detects finger or hand of a user in a region that is arranged upstream of the display. The latter electrode functions as a field providing electrode of the sensor device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for detecting a spatial position of a limb in a detection area (2) a method for generating input signals in association with movement of fingers of a user on a touchpad component (3) an organic LED-interface that comprises a disk layer.
