The device has a conductor loop (10) comprising an electrical contact (11), a primary winding (12) and a secondary winding (13). The primary winding and secondary winding are separated at an angle of 0-90[deg] . The primary winding of the electrical conductor loop is arranged at spatial orientation in order to act on the electrically conductive substance (14). The primary and secondary winging are aligned in preset manner in order to adapt the primary high-frequency electromagnetic alternating field. An independent claim is included for method for active manipulation of floating electrically conductive substance in high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field.
