The device has an electrical line running internally or externally along a holding part (8) that is detachably suspended in parking condition. A wireless control switch (7) is suspended at the holding part over a parking- and charging unit. An energy storage of the switch in the parking condition obtains energy from the parking- and charging unit if necessary. The energy is transmitted from the parking- and charging unit to the control switch in a contact-based or contactless manner. The parking- and charging unit is connected with the electrical line.
