The unit has a radial thrust bearing unit (10) arranged between a lower base portion and an upper receiving portion that receives an object. An adjusting unit (40) connects the bearing unit with the receiving portion, and an adjustable screw (43) adjusts pre-tension of an insulation body (12). The adjusting unit has a coupling unit that is fastened to an upper side of the base portion, where the coupling unit extends into a downwardly opened hollow space (14). The hollow space is formed in the bearing unit, where a lower section of the screw is arranged in the hollow space.
