The nut (10) has a shaft (12) provided with a head (13) at an end and axially divided into a threaded section (T1), for receiving an attachment part, and a setting section (T2) bordered on the head, which forms a bead. The head is formed by radial, pointed-shaped teeth (15) that comprise a progressive rib (16) for connection to the shaft. The shaft is inclined such that the formation of the bead is accompanied by axial introduction of the head into a carrier (11) until the head is integrally sunk into the carrier. The teeth are spaced from each other by inserting a partition wall (17).
