The separation plate assembly is arranged in a direction of rotation axis of a rotating structure. The separation plate assembly is provided with several separation plates (2) each is provided with a conical surface (21) in which flux holes (22) are provided. The projections are provided in outer side of conical surface of each separation plate with preset spacing. A conical locating tool (50) is detachably attached to outer periphery of conical surface of separation plate, by engaging protections of separation plate with positioning holes (51) of conical locating tool.
