The screw (2) has an external thread (4) comprising a thread pitch (6) with a constant cross-sectional profile. Multiple individual deformations (10) are distributed over circumference of the screw and formed around 180 degrees at a tooth flank (12) of the thread pitch in screw-in direction (16), where the screw is made of stainless steel. The deformations comprise an inlet region (18), an outlet region (22) and an attachment region (20) and formed as a contact surface in locked position. The deformations extend over an angular range of 50-70 degrees.
