The status information of to-use travel agents is stored on external storage unit is retrieved by terminal through data transmission line. The state information of travel agents such as car or train is evaluated. The calendar entries are adjusted or newly entered in dependence of analyzed status information. The adjusted calendar entries are registered in memory unit of terminal.
