The sliding guide structure (3,33,43,53,63,73) has sliding surface (7,37,47,57,67) which is provided with several recessed portions (2,4,44,54,64,74) interrupted for discharging water. The sliding surface is extended along the longitudinal axis and the recessed portions are formed along the longitudinal axis. The depth of the recessed portion is 0.1-2mm and the width of the recessed portion is 1-4mm. The protruded strip elements (75) are formed between the recessed portions and are parallel to each other. An independent claim is included for sports equipment.
