The packaging (1) has a receiver (2) for receiving a card in an interior of the packaging. A lower surface (3) and an upper surface (4) are also provided in a vehicle door, which are limited upward and downward toward the receiver. The packaging also has an insertion opening by which the card is inserted into the receiver and a flap (6) of the packaging is provided in the area of the insertion opening. The flap is connected over a pull linkage (61), particularly perforation, with a lower surface of the packaging. An independent claim is included for a method for inserting a card into a packaging with a flap.
