The method involves forming a solid wooden block by sawing of a base unit (1) i.e. solid wooden log, in maritime pine, where the block has a length comprised between 50 to 150 cms. The sawing is guided by optimization software to guide cutting of the logs and grooving of the block. The block is assembled with another wooden block so as to hold superposition of the blocked blocks using wooden strips having a square, rectangular or circular section with a length adjustable the blocks. Natural or synthetic joint is distributed between the blocks to permit entire sealing of the blocks.
