The method involves shifting a technical bonnet of a predetermined pitch according a head impact direction, and restarting new shifting of the technical bonnet according to the pitch and sufficient number of iterations to trace entire volume of protrusion units in the head impact direction. An envelope curve (Ce) of multiple projections of technical bonnet and protrusion unit intersection curves is determined on a same plane, where the envelope curve is representative of an area (9) of the technical bonnet presenting high risk of lesions to head in case of impact on a real bonnet.
