The system (1) has a particle filter (13) for filtering predetermined size particles and receiving air sampled by an outside air sampling unit (12), and a differential pressure sensor (15) connected to upstream and downstream of the filter. The sensor measures pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the filter at successive sampling instants, and a calculation unit (17) is connected to the sensor. The calculation unit calculates derivative with respect to time of the pressure difference and emits a warning signal when the derivative exceeds a threshold value. The calculation unit is formed by an engine monitoring unit type electronic calculator. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a turbine engine comprising a fan unit with a set of wings performing air flow (2) a method for manufacturing a dynamic sky pollution housing.
