The system has a power supply module for delivering electric energy to the system. Remote detection units (12a-12d) installed at external periphery of an automobile (2) realize remote detection of external environmental conditions of the automobile. The detection units produce detection result and generate an alert signal based on the detection result. An alerting module (13) e.g. buzzer, receives the alert signal and produces sound for alerting a driver based on the alert signal.
