The device has a cooling circuit for cooling an engine assembly (2) using cooling liquid. An air supply circuit supplies air from exterior of an electric motor vehicle to a cab interior of the vehicle. The air supply circuit includes a heat exchanger (4) to assure heat exchange between the cooling liquid and air advancing from the exterior of the vehicle. A heating unit such as heating resistor (5) e.g. positive temperature coefficient resistor, of the air supply circuit assures the heat exchange between the cooling liquid and the air supplied toward the cab interior of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising an air-conditioning device.
