The assembly has a tank flap case (4) arranged at an interior of a cab interior (3), opposite to a tank flap (1). The case has a peripheral edge (4a) covering an outer side of a flange extending on a part of circumference of an opening (2). The flange comprises a notch in a zone adjacent to a lower part of the opening, where the notch allows the flow toward the interior of the side of cab interior of a water drop formed between the edge of the opening and the tank flap. A tab (7) is made of plastic material molded on the peripheral edge of the case.
