The device (1) has a cylindrical spin basket (5) that is used in a drying machine. A collecting bag (2) constitutes a lid (3) and a suction enclosure (4) that is arranged to receive the spin basket. The spin basket includes a cylindrical peripheral wall and a base wall, where an upper edge of the peripheral wall is extended by a conical peripheral wall to leave a circular opening at top of the spin basket. The peripheral wall and the base wall include perforations that are provided with a netting.
