The system has a remote camera (1) mounted on a tilting and/or moving frame e.g. mast. A converter (7) commercialized by Grass valley(RTM: ADVC-55) has an inlet i.e. HDMIconnector, connected to the camera and an outlet connected to a standard connector of a personal computer (8). The converter converts video signals received via the inlet to a digital format to transmit the video signals via the outlet. An amplifier (5) i.e. HDMIamplifier, commercialized by TV One(RTM: 1T-DA-654) is placed between the camera and the converter. An independent claim is also included for a method for photographing sports event.
