The headrest has two metal pieces placed at ends of a horizontal and retractable neck rest. A frame (1) is provided with a padding (2). Another frame moves relative to the former frame, and is provided with another padding (4). Plates (26) of the latter frame is attached to ends of one of the two metal pieces. The former padding is shaped according to the latter padding. The latter frame rotates around a horizontal axis (X1) of the former frame.
