The device has a set of fixed radio emitting cases (16) arranged on road signaling cones (1-8), where each fixed radio emitting case receives a single radio code. A receiver case delivers light information and sound information through an LED and a buzzer. The receiver case is fixed on a windscreen of a vehicle through a hole. An emitter actives an alert signal of a receiver at an edge of the vehicle.
