The device has a cabinet in which video monitors (9c, 9d) are housed. The cabinet has a front wall (2), rear wall, side walls, upper wall and a lower wall (7). Each monitor has a connection for connecting the monitors to a dedicated camera. The front wall forming a door is mounted to pivot around an axis (X1) parallel to a side of the cabinet. The front wall has windows (8), where the windows and the monitors are equal in numbers, and the monitors are mounted to pivot around an axis (X2) similar to door. The windows have peripheral joints (10) to assure sealing between windows and monitors.
