The joint has an axial positioning member (4) comprising a gimbal arrangement formed of a clamp (50) mounted in pivot connection along a reference axis of distribution hub (10) mounted on an input shaft (1). The input shaft is stressed in rotation by a spider (60) with the clamp mounted in pivot connection along the axis of the hub mounted on an output shaft (2). The axial positioning member defines axial position of the hub and synchronized rotation of transfer members (3) irrespective of operating angle such that the shafts perform same rotation angle and rotate at same angular speed.
