The pre-slab has piles provided with acoustic profiles (15) including grooves and splines, where width of the pre-slab is between 20 cm and 60 cm, thickness of the pre-slab is between 10 cm and 20 cm, and length of the pre-slab is between 3 m and 12 m. The piles are made of solid wood and are assembled together by gluing and pressing. Technical reentrants (13) are provided for passage of cables, electrical sheaths and hydraulic pipes, where distance between the grooves is 20 to 30 mm along the profiles.
