The assembly (1) has a connected isolation shutter piece base (5) connected between a threshold strip (2) and a single block doorframe (3). The base is stackable on a connection piece (4). A fixing part between the base and the piece projects laterally on a face to form a prismatic connection i.e. male part, between the base and the piece. An upper part forms an upper horizontal face with the piece to support a lower face of single block doorframe, where the assembly is distinguished from the state of technique by the surface allowing straight cut of the lower face of the doorframe.
