The element (1) has a rear wall (2) defining an inner volume (10), where the rear wall is located at an inner side of a building (E). A front wall (3) is located at an outer side of the building. A lower wall (4) comprises an opening (5) for passage of a roller blind. An upper wall (6) extends remotely and opposite to the lower wall. Transverse surfaces (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 11b) are defined by the lower wall, the upper wall and end walls (7). The transverse surfaces are covered by a covering film (15) with low emissive. The film comprises a layer (15a) made of reflective metallic material.
