The device has a U-shaped hardened metal handle (6) on which a spacer (7) is provided in translation. A padlock (8) is blocked in the translation by notches (10) on the handle. A key unlocks the handle, spacer and the padlock. The spacer includes semi cylindrical openings to allow sliding of the spacer on the handle after interlocking. The handle includes specific dimension between parallel arms for insertion and adjustment of the handle on a handlebar grip (1) and allowing passage of a chin-strap (9) of a helmet (5). An impermeable cover and a plastic band are provided to protect the helmet.
