The device has a transparent and self adhesive flexible plastic sheet (1) and a central axle (2) from which graduated lines (3) are extended beyond a to-be-distinguished zone (4). Marks formed by the axle and the graduated lines are completed by a series of eccentric circles (5) whose center is the axis. The sheet is surrounded by a protection zone (6) that assures protection against paint projections on immediate environment.
