The table (1) has two front and rear panels (2, 3) connected by two rear longitudinal edges (2c, 3c) and front longitudinal edges (2d, 3d), where each panel is defined by two upper surfaces (2a, 3a) and lower surfaces. A pivot connection unit consists of two connection bodies (4) that comprise two arms (10, 11) connected by joints (13). The two arms of the connection bodies are integrated with one of two side edges (2e) of the associated panels. The joints define together a rotation axis (5) of the front panel. The panels are made of composite material.
