The invention relates to a non-reusable visible device for ensuring until first use the inviolability of primary packaging. The muselet consists of a vertical strap (1) with 4 arms (11) each having on the outside a toothed notch rack for height adjustment (3), on which is pre-positioned horizontally at 90 ° a collar (2) with inside a male (4) and female (6 & 8) anti-return clamping rack for locking. Under the sole effect of a complete tightening of the collar (2) which wraps itself, the entire muselet retracts and tangentially plates the primary packaging irreversibly. The final opening is made by the destruction of the muzzle by pulling on the detachable tongue (5 & 7). This principle of adjustable double rack allows the muzzle to adapt to dimensional variations and varied forms of primary packaging. The device according to the invention is intended for the inviolability of bottles, carafes, flasks and boxes, the complete restitution of the initial aesthetics of the primary packaging after first use is essential.
