The system (100) has a shooting apparatus (30) embarked in rotation around a rotation axis (15) fixed relative to a vehicle. A fixed housing i.e. dome (40) projects toward outside, and communicates with a passenger compartment. The apparatus captures respective images of interior and exterior of vehicle through rotation around the axis between a position in the compartment and a position in the housing. The housing is separated from exterior by a fixed transparent wall. The apparatus is embarked in rotation relative to a movable support (10) around another rotation axis (25) by a yoke (20).
