The endgate (10) has a structural panel (11) i.e. frame, made of thermoplastic material. A rear window (22) e.g. plastic rear glass pane, is fixed with the structural panel that is positioned opposite a through opening (18) of the structural panel. The rear window is adhered on an inner edge (20) of the structural panel by a structural adhesive i.e. polyurethane structural adhesive. The structural panel has a wall (12) extended by an outer edge (14) forming a contour of the endgate, at its periphery.
